Our doctors will come to you if we can't consult you remotely - or if it's something we'd rather tend to in-person.

How can we make

Need to Consult a Doctor?
WhatsApp us to start/book your consultation - depending on the type of consultation/service you need. Otherwise, simply choose a service from the home page, and follow the prompts.
On WhatsApp, you'll be sent a link to complete a patient form - this information is important for generating detailed patient records, your prescriptions, and documentation following your consultations.
Any prescriptions or sick notes will be sent to you after your consultation, along with an easy payment link where you can click-to-pay using your bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or EFT. Done!
As with any healthcare service, your information & privacy is sacred to us, and your information is protected (POPIA). See the rest of the "legal stuff" in our T's&C's.

All our Medical Doctors and healthcare professionals are fully qualified and registered with the HPCSA. Our team are hand-picked, top-tier and painstakingly vetted for kindness and compassion!
Afterhours Doctor.
Can I message for an after-hours doctor's consultation?
Absolutely! Doxi's after-hours remote consultations are available until 23:00 daily. Simply pop us a WhatsApp message. See our business hours below. After-hours CallOut concierge consultations are subject to availability, with preference given to those with exclusive CarePlan coverage. (CallOuts currently limited to Cape Town - see below).
Sick Notes.
Will I get a sick note?
Yes. After a consultation with a doctor, if your condition and/or context is deemed worthy of a sick note, you will be issued your sick note along with your prescription, just like any other trip to the GP.
Prescriptions.
When & how do I get my scripts?
Prescriptions (new & renewed) will be emailed directly to you after your consultations, or once your payment has been settled if you're not on one of our Care Plans. If there's an issue/query with your script, simply whatsapp/email us and we'll see to it as soon as we can!
How do I pay?
EFT / Payment links
We work cashless! After your consultation, you'll either be WhatsApped, SMS'ed, or emailed your invoice with a payment link. This will take you to an easy payment portal where you can complete payment using a card or EFT. You'll be emailed a receipt thereafter.
Med Aid?
Do you take Health Insurance / Medical Aid?
Whilst you'll still have to pay for our services upfront, simply send your invoice/receipt to your medical aid provider for them to reimburse you directly - if you choose to do so. Easy!
Booking for someone else?
Can I make a booking for someone else, or another family member?
Of course! Just make sure you fill out their personal details in the patient form, especially if they need assistance in doing so.

Which areas are covered?
The following Cape Town Suburbs are currently covered:
Atlantic Seaboard, Camps Bay, City Bowl, Foreshore, Pinelands, Constantia, Wynberg, Southern Suburbs (and the surrounding Southern areas) Woodstock, Observatory. The price may change depending on how far you are (Northern Suburbs). Chat to us to see if we can reach you!
