How will I be billed?
Payments.
Billing occurs monthly until the subscription is paused or cancelled. Once you purchase the subscription through Payfast's secure checkout, you'll be billed monthly on the same day. If you'd like to change the day that you get billed, you can contact us & request a change at info@doxi.co.za.
Will I be billed for anything else?
Any extra charges I should know about?
If a CallOut/Home-Visit requires any disposable materials or STAT medications (eg. drip-set, suturing materials, injections etc), you may be charged a fee for these, since these medications & disposables vary in cost. You will always be notified before any extra charges are incurred.
Insurance?
Does health insurance/medical aid assist with these subscription plans?
Unfortunately not, but our CarePlans are innately designed to bridge the functional gap between accessing healthcare and having health security, without the hassle of insurance and underwriting. Save the medical aid for a really rainy day. Let us deal with the rest!
ExclusiveCare CallOuts
Which areas are covered for home visits/CallOuts?
Currently, only Cape Town residents can qualify for the ExclusiveCare plan, since home visits are currently limited to: Atlantic Seaboard, Camps Bay, City Bowl, Foreshore, Pinelands, Constantia, Wynberg, Southern Suburbs (and the surrounding Southern areas) Woodstock, Observatory. The price may change depending on how far you are (Northern Suburbs). Chat to us to see if we can reach you!
How do I upgrade my subscription?
To upgrade your subscription or add additional members to your CarePlan, contact us or click here. Your upgrade will take effect from the month after your previous plan expires.
How to cancel my subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking here emailing info@doxi.co.za. You'll have access to your subscription services until its minimum period (eg. 3 months) has expired. If you don't cancel your subscription, it'll simply be renewed automatically.
